One of our core beliefs at Maison Interactive is that work should be a part of life and not the other way around. This is why we choose to operate with a “remote-hybrid” work week. We thrive in a flexible work schedule, one that recognizes that sometimes creativity kicks in late at night, or from a coffee shop. As long as the work gets done, team members are entrusted with scheduling office hours and remote work days.

We believe that the greatest factor in the success of a business is the quality of its people. We are a super curious bunch. And we strive to learn at every opportunity. So we build that into our work days. Every so often we pause all our usual work and focus on personal  projects. Want to learn a new skill? Pursue a passion? Surround yourself amongst the boldest in design and technology.

Impact cannot happen in isolation. It requires collective action. That is why we take pride in having the space we work in being as custom as the work we create. We all sit together and until it stops working. We will sit together. Our coworking space enhances connections and interactions and helps us communicate with each other better. It breaks down title barriers. It makes us all equal.We work together, communicate often, and almost always have a Spotify playlist playing throughout the office. Usually 90’s R&B. Because, why not?
